Information and booking conditions

: In order to complete a binding booking, we ask you a deposit of 30% of the holiday´s total value.
The deposit can be paid with credit card (using a dedicated module on our web-page) or with bank transfer. Bank account details:

: If you cancel or change your booking within 15 days before check-in date with a written declaration, you do not have to pay any fee.
In the case of cancellation or changes of your booking in period of less than 15 days before the day of arrival, 30% of the agreed price will be charged.
In case of no-shows, 100% of the agreed price will be charged as a fee.
In case early departure, 100% of the agreed price will be charged as a fee.
: Dogs and other pets are admitted (upon request and at extra charge) in: camping, rooms, apartments and Dolomiten Lodges. Maximum pets admitted per unit: 2. They are not admitted in the tree houses, in the Yakima tents and in the Wellness Lodges.
We reserve the right to apply an additional cost for final cleaning. We remind to bring a bedcover and a pet bet.
: The visitor's tax needs to be added to the indicated prices (per person, per night, starting from 14 years).
This tax will be paid at the check- out and is registered in the bill with a separate invoice.
: We suggest to stipulate a travel insurance in order to be protected in case of cancellation of your reservation. Thanks to this particular insurance, your booking is safe. On demand, we can manage the practice of stipulation for you.

: Caravan Park Sexten:
The arrival day, the pitch is available starting from 12 am. It is possible to check-in until 9 pm.
The day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the pitch within 11 am, and the apartments within 10 am; if you leave after that time, we will count the entire day.

Mountain Resort Patzenfeld:
Rooms, suites, apartments, chalets, treehouses, and lodges are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
The day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the room, suite, apartment or Dolomiten Lodge within 10 a.m.
The Reception is open from 8 am to 9 pm.
: Cash payments are accepted until € 4999.00. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Bancomat.
: All prices are inclusive of VAT and are intended for one day, except where differently written. All prices and dates are subjected to eventual errors and modification.
