Information and booking conditions

In order to complete a binding booking, we ask you a deposit.
The deposit can be paid with credit card on our website or with bank transfer. Bank account details:

If you cancel or change your booking within 15 days before check-in date with a written declaration, you do not have to pay any fee.
In the case of cancellation or changes of your booking in period of less than 15 days before the day of arrival, the deposit paid will be charged.
In case of no-shows, 100% of the agreed price will be charged as a fee.
In case early departure, 100% of the agreed price will be charged as a fee.

We accept cancellations and/or booking modifications only in writing via email (info@caravanparksexten.it) or chat.

Cancellation policy - Treehouses

Dogs are admitted (upon request and at extra charge) in: camping, rooms, apartments and Dolomiten Lodges. Maximum dogs admitted per unit: 2. They are not admitted in the tree houses, in the Yakima tents and in the Wellness Lodges.
We reserve the right to apply an additional cost for final cleaning. We remind to bring a bed cover and a pet bed.
Other pets are only accepted upon request.

Dogs are allowed on public transport and cable cars on a leash and with a muzzle. A ticket must also be purchased for dogs.

The tourist tax amounts to € 3 per person (starting from the age of 14) per night. The tourist tax needs to be added to the indicated prices. It will be paid at the check- out and it is listed separately on the accommodation bill.

We suggest to stipulate a travel insurance in order to be protected in case of cancellation of your reservation. Thanks to this particular insurance, your booking is safe. On demand, we can manage the practice of stipulation for you.

Campsite opening hours
The campsite barrier is closed every day from 11 pm to 7 am. In case of emergency, break the glass and press the red button near the barrier.

Cash payments are accepted until € 4999.00. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Bancomat.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and are intended for one day, except where differently written. All prices and dates are subjected to eventual errors and modification.

The company is subject to the European regulations on Whistleblowing, as implemented by Italian legislation Decree No. 24/2023. The regulation with all details is displayed and accessible at the mill. The form is available on the website under the section "Conditions".
