Sensory and educational wine tastings lasting 60–90 minutes, led by our sommelier. Includes 4 tasting wines, educational tasting notes and matching small bites.

    The fundamentals of professional wine tasting: sight, nose and palate, with a focus on acidity, tannins, alcohol, body and finish. Stainless steel versus oak, and freshness versus structure.
  2. Italy’s Great Noble Grapes – €85.00 per person
    Nebbiolo, Sangiovese & Corvina compared: Barolo and Barbaresco, Brunello di Montalcino and Amarone. Explore the soils, microclimates and ageing potential behind Italy’s great red wines.
  3. Indigenous Grapes & Terroir: The Alpine Soul and Beyond – €60.00 per person
    Discover rare indigenous grape varieties and the terroirs that shape them: Dolomite porphyry, alpine limestone, alluvial soils and volcanic rock.
  4. Winemaking Methods & Styles Compared – €70.00 per person
    How does cellar technique shape the character of a wine? Traditional bottle fermentation, biodynamic amphora, skin maceration/Orange Wine, large wooden casks and barriques explored side by side.
  5. Old World vs. New World–Blind Tasting – €110.00 per person
    A blind comparative tasting: European freshness, minerality and finesse contrasted with the fruit concentration and warmth of wines from overseas.
