"We were very happy about the accomodation and the spa(spa is just amazing!). Unfortunetely, the employees at the reception were not very sympathic and helpful... for example for the check out time, we had to hurry to take our bus for visiting a place and the employee instited to us to bring back the bathrobe which was in the lodge... "

"Stayed at the yamaha tent. I do not feel this was value for money. You are piled next to many other tents leading to minimal privacy. It appeared that many other accomodations on site like log cabins were also squeezed into a small area with minimal privacy. There is no area to shelter if bad weather eg canopy near tent or any communal indoor sofas/relaxing area within the complex. Obviously there is the tavern and restaurants but these were not places to sit and spend time relaxing. Once you sat down, you were made to feel like you needed to leave as soon as possible. All staff on reception and in dining areas were unfriendly, unwelcoming and did not create a nice atmosphere. The spa staff were very helpful and attentive. The spa access is included in the price and for this reason alone and location of the complex I would probably recommend staying here- however, there is much room for improvement to make it worth the money."

"All together a nice place, good breakfast, clean bathrooms and spa areas. A littlw surprising how loud it was at the spa late in the evening, was hoping for a more relaxing visit. "

"There are only knives in the suite, it would be nice to have full set of cutlery (since there is a fridge too). "

"Accommodation in Wald bad appartment was very good, but little things could be improved: better equiped kitchenett (e.g. frying pan, kettle), lamps for reading by upstairs childrens beds. Location in quiet woods, nurishing breakfeasts and wellness area were just perfect."

"Our stay was fine. You have very nice facilities. However, as I understand, children in this country are considered "minorenni," or under the age of 18. Why, then, do you charge adult prices for children? Not only for accommodations, but for entrance in the sauna area, which is without clothing. I find this extremely inappropriate, and again, as I understand, violating some major italian regulations regarding minorenni and nudity. In a time when the Jeffrey Epstein scandal is exploding across the globe, I would think you would make wiser decisions regarding the appropriate age to be considered adult. I urge you to PLEASE change your policies before you may face bigger problems."
