"Our stay was fine. You have very nice facilities. However, as I understand, children in this country are considered "minorenni," or under the age of 18. Why, then, do you charge adult prices for children? Not only for accommodations, but for entrance in the sauna area, which is without clothing. I find this extremely inappropriate, and again, as I understand, violating some major italian regulations regarding minorenni and nudity. In a time when the Jeffrey Epstein scandal is exploding across the globe, I would think you would make wiser decisions regarding the appropriate age to be considered adult. I urge you to PLEASE change your policies before you may face bigger problems."

" This was our first ever ski holiday and we had no idea what to expect. From the first moment we arrived, we loved everything about the resort. We loved the hotel, loved our room, the details, round corners, and the quality of everything. The breakfast is amazing, better than any breakfast in any other hotel we have ever been at. So abundant and healthy. The staff is very friendly. The spa is great and the massage with Rene was amazing too. We can't say one bad word. We felt at home and it really feels like a family-run hotel and not just a ‘hotel’. We intend to come back next year.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Thank you so much 💕"
