Guided challenging hike with views of the Three Peaks This challenging, guided hike organised by the Alpine School is aimed at experienced hikers who wish to immerse themselves in the impressive mountain scenery. As a special highlight, the tour offers breathtaking views of the majestic Three Peaks and takes you through stunning alpine scenery. Exclusive shuttle Three Peaks - experience the Dolomites highlight gently We start with the shuttle in the Pragser Tal valley and drive to the Auronzo hut (2330m). After a 50 minutes hike we reach the Patern saddle. The hike continues around the Three Peaks to the Langalm hut. After a break we hike back to the starting point. Total walking time: approx. 4 hours Dogs are not allowed! The event is reserved for guests with the South Tyrol Guest Pass Prags/Braies!

Eleven farmers sell every Friday their own products: vegetables, fruits, jams, bread, eggs, meat and cheese in the center of Bruneck.

Friday: Wild Trail Dolomites An exciting Wild Trail in the Fanes–Sennes–Braies area, in the heart of the Dolomites, offering stunning views of the Three Peaks. The route partly follows unmarked terrain off the beaten paths, providing a true wilderness mountain experience for sure-footed and non-vertigo participants. The ascent is rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views, while the descent includes several abseiling sections for an extra dose of adventure. An intense and varied day for those who want to experience the wilder side of the Dolomites. With Giulietta, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. at Prenninger Park. The activity takes place outdoors. Camminata Metabolica is a simple and special training programme designed to activate the metabolism, improve posture, reduce the waistline and specifically tone the abdominal and gluteal muscles.

We experience a varied and scenic hike through the Antholz valley. We take the bus to Lake Antholz (1.640 m) and start our hike there. On hiking trail no. 1 we reach Wöhrer cabin (1.660 m; not managed) and from there continue on to Teufelsplatz. Along the left valley side we hike leisurely, gradually descending until we reach Antholz Mittertal (1.440 mk). Afterwards we follow the Müllerkoflweg (no. 1) to Burgegger Mill (1.225 m) and continue downstream to Antholz Niedertal (1.100 m). From there we return by bus to our starting point. (Those who wish may end the tour already in Antholz Mittertal) Elevation gain: approx. 550 m (mostly gentle downhill) Difficulty: easy/moderate

We take the bus to Sexten/Sesto and from there the cable car up to the Helm (2.050 m). The Olperl’s Nature Park starts directly at the mountain station of the Helm cable car and leads to Olperl's best friends - into the realm of the alpine animal world. On the 1,5 km long circular trail you can discover 10 exciting adventure points - with great views of the summit world of the Sesto Dolomites. Exploring Olperl's Natur Park on the highest barefoot trail in the Dolomites (2.150 m) is soothing and healthy. Soft moss, fragrant larch wood, stone slabs or pebbles revitalise the foot reflex zones before the feet are bathed in cooling spring water. Our advanced downhill skills training in the bike park at Kronplatz is designed for experienced riders who want to refine their technique and take their riding to the next level. In this course, we focus on advanced skills such as active line choice, precise cornering, and confidently handling steep and technically demanding sections. Guided by experienced coaches, we work on a dynamic body position, improve bike control on varied terrain, and learn to stay stable and in control even at higher speeds. The goal is to build more confidence, flow, and efficiency on challenging trails while unlocking your full downhill potential. Every Friday children can let off steam at the Gigante Baranci’s large mountain play area where there’s a wide-ranging entertainment programme with various guests and exciting games. Have fun!

Every Friday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, the farm oven at Stacherhof is fired up, offering an authentic experience of traditional bread baking. In the traditional wood-fired oven, real farmhouse bread is made, while the entire process from grain to flour and from flour to the finished loaf is demonstrated. Step by step, traditional recipes, milling, dough preparation and baking are explained – all carried out with great care and passion. After baking, the experience continues with a short farm tour, where the animals are introduced and insights into everyday farm life are provided. Afterwards, participants are invited to enjoy a tasting of freshly baked bread along with selected specialties from the farm shop. The course takes place with a minimum of 5 participants. Each participant can take one loaf of bread home. Registration by Thursday, 6:00 pm.

From June to September, Kronplatz transforms into an impressive stage for one of humanity’s oldest traditions: falconry. Experience an emotional spectacle with majestic birds of prey and immerse yourself in the fascinating world of these extraordinary animals. During the approximately 1.5-hour show, an experienced falconer and his feathered companions present spectacular flight demonstrations — powerful, elegant, and completely free amidst the breathtaking mountain scenery of South Tyrol. What makes this experience truly special is that the birds are not simply displayed, but showcased in their natural behavior. Visitors have the rare opportunity to observe these magnificent animals up close and witness their incredible flying skills firsthand. The meeting point is easy to reach, and the short walk to the event location is suitable for everyone — including families with strollers. Participation in the event is free of charge.

At the Kids Fun Camp, children enjoy a day full of action and fun. With dirtboards, grass skis and bikes, they explore exciting tracks, while the sports trampoline, giant airbag and tubing park ensure endless excitement. Perfect for staying active, trying new things and creating unforgettable memories! Participants: max. 10 children | 6 - 12 years

Every Tuesday and Friday, children have the opportunity to ride a pony. Each ride lasts about 10 minutes and costs €15. No registration is required. The meeting point and starting location are at the Rotwandwiesenhütte hut. The pony rides are organized by the Unterlanerhof riding stable. The activity is cancelled in case of bad weather.

Every week, various South Tyrolean manufacturers take turns to present their products such as cheese, grappa, chocolate, jam and much more. On these days, you have the opportunity to get to know and taste these local products in the Steiner butcher's shop.

Today you will have the opportunity to get to know and taste the different liqueurs of the distellery "Farmat".

Every Friday, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Bistro Biwak 12 hosts the “Aperitivo Lungo” on its rooftop terrace.

The last hours of sunshine have arrived, the sun is sinking lower and lower, the air is still warm and the mighty mountain backdrop of the Sesto Sundial towers into the sky in front of you. At 08:15 pm. the festive parade of the Welsberg music band begins through the village center. The sounds of traditional brass music will accompany the band on its way to the main square. At 08:30 pm. the concert follows at the music pavilion, where the musicians will present their varied repertoire. From traditional marches and polkas to modern pieces – excellent musical entertainment is guaranteed. Refreshing drinks will be available!

Arzalpenturm Via Ferrata The Arzalpenturm Via Ferrata, dedicated to Bepi Martini & Much Happacher and to friendship, is a spectacular new via ferrata offering wonderful views of the eastern Dolomites. The route crosses the narrow summit of the Arzalpenturm and leads up to the panoramic summit of the Arzalpenkopf. The descent via the secured Salasteig route or via the Arzalpenscharte round off this eventful day in the mountains. Saturday: Cortina Via Ferrata An exciting via ferrata adventure above the Olympic town of Cortina d’Ampezzo. The route leads to the historic Monte Castello, first passing through impressive World War I tunnels before continuing on a well-secured via ferrata to the summit. At the top, historic military positions and a breathtaking panoramic view of some of the most famous peaks in the Dolomites await – a unique blend of nature, history, and alpine adventure. The Südtirol Skiroll Festival is all about roller skiing for two exciting days. On 5 September 2026, the sprint competition takes place at the Südtirol Arena in Antholz, followed by the individual race on 6 September 2026 at the Nordic Arena in Toblach. Two venues, exciting competitions and plenty of roller-ski action.

On Saturday, 5 September and Sunday, 6 September, the traditional village festival returns to Mitterolang. Two days filled with music, local traditions, community spirit and authentic customs, accompanied of course by plenty of food and drinks. The festivities begin on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. with the raising of the traditional “Kirschtamichlbam” festival tree. From 6:00 p.m., the Stegen Music Band will provide musical entertainment, followed by the group “Rifflblech” from 8:30 p.m. Sunday begins at 8:30 a.m. with the festive church service and the traditional procession. From 11:00 a.m., the Trachtenkapelle Schäffern from Styria, Austria, will perform. One of the highlights of the festival is the grand parade at 2:00 p.m., bringing local traditions and customs vividly to life. Afterwards, the Feldthurns Music Band will entertain visitors from 3:00 p.m. From 5:00 p.m., the group “Oberwind” will take over and provide a lively festival atmosphere. At 7:00 p.m., the lottery draw will take place. Afterwards, “Oberwind” will continue playing until the festival comes to an end. A traditional celebration for locals and visitors of all ages – the perfect opportunity to come together, enjoy the music and experience authentic South Tyrolean festival culture.

Gustav Mahler Music Weeks Toblach 2026 The 45th Gustav Mahler Music Weeks will take place in Toblach from 11 July to 5 September 2026 under the theme “The Beginning.” Alongside long-standing Artistic Director Josef Lanz, Dirk Kaftan will shape the festival programme for the first time. Highlights include concerts by the Deutsche Staatsphilharmonie Rheinland-Pfalz, the Beethoven Orchestra Bonn, and the Haydn Orchestra of Bolzano and Trento, as well as performances by promising young international artists. The programme is complemented by lectures, a symposium, the traditional hike to Gustav Mahler’s composing hut, and special encounters with guests such as Massimo Cacciari and Reinhold Messner. The concerts take place in the Gustav Mahler Hall of the Grand Hotel Cultural Centre Toblach, surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Dolomites.
