Guided challenging hike with views of the Three Peaks This challenging, guided hike organised by the Alpine School is aimed at experienced hikers who wish to immerse themselves in the impressive mountain scenery. As a special highlight, the tour offers breathtaking views of the majestic Three Peaks and takes you through stunning alpine scenery. The exact route and destination of the hike can be found in the Alpine School’s current weekly programme. A milestone for flying sports: Hike & Fly has been officially recognized as a sport! To mark this occasion, the very first official Italian Hike & Fly Championship will take place from September 23 to 26, 2026, against the breathtaking backdrop of the Sextner Dolomites and the Gsieser Valley. Hike & Fly combines mountaineering and paragliding: Athletes cover predetermined routes on foot and in the air. During the championship, participants must reach various waypoints (turnpoints) on foot or fly to them by paraglider. The Italian Championship features four exciting challenges spread over four competition days, which will be optimally adjusted depending on weather conditions: September 23 – Sexten: Task 1 (Start & Finish in the area of the Sexten sports facilities) September 24 – Gsies: Task 2 September 25 – Gsies: Task 3 September 26 – Sexten: Task 4 (Start & Finish in the area of the Sexten sports facilities) On Saturday, September 26, the awards ceremony will take place in the late afternoon at the Sexten sports facilities. This will be followed by a closing party for athletes, volunteers, fans, and visitors.

Together with Lanz Active, we experience a scenic hike in the unique mountain landscape of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo. Following a quieter trail, we ascend from Rimbianco Alm towards the famous massif, immersing ourselves in the special atmosphere of this historically significant area, deeply marked by the First World War. Along the way, we are rewarded with stunning views of the striking rock formations, until we reach Lange Alm, where we can admire the spectacular north face of the Tre Cime. The hike combines nature, movement, and Alpine history in a varied and engaging way, offering around 600 meters of elevation gain and 4–5 hours of walking for a truly immersive mountain experience. As with all Lanz Active hikes, the focus is on sharing the discovery of the Dolomites, enriched with fascinating insights into the landscape, nature, and history of the region. Registration: by 6.00 p.m. on the day before the hike with Iris Lanz at +39 348 3212110. Recommended equipment: hiking boots, weatherproof clothing, rain protection, backpack with drinks and a small snack. Important notice: the starting point of the hike is accessible by taxi (cost: €8 per person).

With Giulietta, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. at Prenninger Park. The activity takes place outdoors. Camminata Metabolica is a simple and special training programme designed to activate the metabolism, improve posture, reduce the waistline and specifically tone the abdominal and gluteal muscles.

We enjoy a relaxed and nature-oriented hike around the Rasner Möser biotope and the villages of Rasun di Sopra and Rasun di Sotto – perfect for relaxing, enjoying and discovering. We start at the cultural house in Rasun di Sopra (1.080 m) and walk to the idyllic Rasner Möser biotope. We continue to the rest and barbecue area in Rasun di Sopra and along the village loop trail (1.150 m) to Rasun di Sotto, reaching Alpen Natur Camping (1.030 m). Finally, we follow the cycle path back to the village, where several refreshment stops are available. Elevation Gain: 150 m Difficulty: easy Meeting point: 8.40 a.m. at the Rasun di Sotto Tourist Info or 9.00 a.m. at the Culture house in Rasun di Sopra.

We take the bus to Sexten/Sesto and from there the cable car up to the Helm (2.050 m). The Olperl’s Nature Park starts directly at the mountain station of the Helm cable car and leads to Olperl's best friends - into the realm of the alpine animal world. On the 1,5 km long circular trail you can discover 10 exciting adventure points - with great views of the summit world of the Sesto Dolomites. Exploring Olperl's Natur Park on the highest barefoot trail in the Dolomites (2.150 m) is soothing and healthy. Soft moss, fragrant larch wood, stone slabs or pebbles revitalise the foot reflex zones before the feet are bathed in cooling spring water. A morning at the farm! What is life like on a real pig farm? We take a look behind the scenes, meet the animals and discover how high-quality organic food is produced. Along the way, we get to know everyday farm life and gain fascinating insights into local agriculture. An authentic experience for families and anyone who would like to discover the genuine side of Olang.

Every Friday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, the farm oven at Stacherhof is fired up, offering an authentic experience of traditional bread baking. In the traditional wood-fired oven, real farmhouse bread is made, while the entire process from grain to flour and from flour to the finished loaf is demonstrated. Step by step, traditional recipes, milling, dough preparation and baking are explained – all carried out with great care and passion. After baking, the experience continues with a short farm tour, where the animals are introduced and insights into everyday farm life are provided. Afterwards, participants are invited to enjoy a tasting of freshly baked bread along with selected specialties from the farm shop. The course takes place with a minimum of 5 participants. Each participant can take one loaf of bread home. Registration by Thursday, 6:00 pm.

Family Hike This hike for families with children combines nature experiences, fascinating discoveries, and learning through play. Together, we'll observe animals and their tracks, listen to stories related to the landscape, and experience nature with all our senses. Along the way, we'll also make a small contribution to the environment with a short forest cleanup.
