Dolomites Last Loop
from 12:00
duration: 05:00
Location: Dobbiaco village
contact: Sport O.K.
The Dolomites Last Loop (Backyard Ultra) at the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco is no ordinary race – here, it’s not about distance, but endurance. Runners complete a 6.706 km loop starting every hour. You have exactly 60 minutes per lap: finish faster and you get time to rest; finish too late and you’re out. Lap after lap, until only one runner remains. The course leads towards Lake Dobbiaco, slightly uphill at first and then back to the arena – seemingly short, but a true physical and mental challenge. Location: Nordic Arena Dobbiaco Start: 12:00 PM Check-in & bib pickup: 08:30–11:00 AM Team zone (3×3 m) from 08:30 AM (no vehicles after 10:45 AM) Participants must be 18+. Medical certificate required (submit by May 16, 2026). A race against time, your strategy – and yourself. Lap by lap. Live music from the afternoon

Three different perspectives on wind music: WIND PERSPECTIVES brings three conductors to the podium of the WINDWERK symphonic wind orchestra from Vorarlberg, Austria. The concert marks the conclusion of the two-year specialisation course in Instrumentation for Wind Orchestra at the ‘Claudio Monteverdi’ Conservatory in Bolzano (Bozen). The orchestra is conducted by South Tyroleans Jakob Augschöll and Daniel Niederegger, alongside Daniel Muck. Artistic direction: Mag. Thomas Ludescher, Professor of Instrumentation for Wind Orchestra (Band Conducting) at the ‘Claudio Monteverdi’ Conservatory in Bolzano.
