The new 2.5-kilometre-long “Rock spirits” family circular trail at Croda Rossa invites adventures and history buffs to discover the secrets of this impressive mountain landscape. The Dolomites have held an irresistible fascination for centuries and the desire to climb their summits is as old as man himself. For a long time, the peaks, the so-called “Knottn” were considered frightening and inaccessible, inhabited only by ghosts and witches. But today, the “Rock spirits” circular trail offers the opportunity to explore this mystical world and to learn the stories of the mountains. Together with Lanz Active, we discover the magical Lake Braies, set in the impressive Dolomite mountain landscape. From this unique alpine lake, our hike begins as we ascend via Nabige Loch to the Rossalm hut. There, we take a well-deserved lunch break and enjoy the alpine atmosphere before descending towards Brückele. As the starting and ending points of the tour are different, we conveniently use public transport in the Braies Valley for the return journey. A varied hike that perfectly combines the magic of the lake, stunning mountain scenery, and an authentic mountain hut experience. Scenic hike with Gilbert We enjoy a relaxed and nature-oriented hike around the Rasner Möser biotope and the villages of Oberrasen and Niederrasen – perfect for relaxing, enjoying and discovering. We start at the cultural house in Oberrasen and walk to the idyllic Rasner Möser biotope. We continue to the rest and barbecue area in Oberrasen and along the village loop trail to Niederrasen, reaching Alpen Natur Camping. Finally, we follow the cycle path back to the village, where several refreshment stops are available.

Our advanced downhill skills training in the bike park at Kronplatz is designed for experienced riders who want to refine their technique and take their riding to the next level. In this course, we focus on advanced skills such as active line choice, precise cornering, and confidently handling steep and technically demanding sections. Guided by experienced coaches, we work on a dynamic body position, improve bike control on varied terrain, and learn to stay stable and in control even at higher speeds. The goal is to build more confidence, flow, and efficiency on challenging trails while unlocking your full downhill potential. A morning at the farm: discover how organic quality is created, get to know farm life first-hand, and gain genuine insights into regional agriculture. Ideal for families and anyone wishing to experience Olang from its most authentic side.

Every Friday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, the farm oven at Stacherhof is fired up, offering an authentic experience of traditional bread baking. In the traditional wood-fired oven, real farmhouse bread is made, while the entire process from grain to flour and from flour to the finished loaf is demonstrated. Step by step, traditional recipes, milling, dough preparation and baking are explained – all carried out with great care and passion. After baking, the experience continues with a short farm tour, where the animals are introduced and insights into everyday farm life are provided. Afterwards, participants are invited to enjoy a tasting of freshly baked bread along with selected specialties from the farm shop. The course takes place with a minimum of 5 participants. Each participant can take one loaf of bread home. Registration by Thursday, 6:00 pm.

Every first Friday of the month from June to September, Kronplatz transforms into an impressive stage for one of humanity’s oldest traditions: falconry. Experience an emotional spectacle with majestic birds of prey and immerse yourself in the fascinating world of these extraordinary animals. During the approximately 1.5-hour show, an experienced falconer and his feathered companions present spectacular flight demonstrations — powerful, elegant, and completely free amidst the breathtaking mountain scenery of South Tyrol. What makes this experience truly special is that the birds are not simply displayed, but showcased in their natural behavior. Visitors have the rare opportunity to observe these magnificent animals up close and witness their incredible flying skills firsthand. The meeting point is easy to reach, and the short walk to the event location is suitable for everyone — including families with strollers. Participation in the event is free of charge.

Or simply by setting off on foot, observing, marvelling and letting it all sink in. In Sesto, there is a particularly lovely way to get started and rediscover the area: the Sesto Circular Trail – popular for 20 years, now with a fresh new look. The opening of the Sesto Circular Trail will take place on 5 June 2026 at 3.00 pm.
